Do you have a passion for SEO? Are you looking to hone your skills and grow with an established digital agency?
We are looking for a Jr. SEO Specialist to work with our SEO Account Managers and assist with our client portfolio. If you have some background in SEO and are looking to expand on that background, then this may be the position for you.
This position is meant for a team member who wants to grow within our Organization. We like to promote from within. If you have an eye on growing in your field at the Agency level, then this is the position for you. All Candidates must be comfortable with the idea of moving into a client-facing position over time.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on SEO strategy and day-to-day interactions with internal teams
- Create and manage client project plans on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Create detailed, well-constructed deliverables
- Analyze reports and turn them into actionable insights
- Educate yourself and clients on the latest developments in organic search and convey potential business impacts
- Perform Technical SEO audits for clients and new business.
- Work with a team of SEO Specialists to implement strategies
- Collaborate with the business development team
- Support Sr. Management as needed
Job Requirements:
- 1-2+ years experience in a role primarily focused on SEO.
- CMS experience with WordPress being most ideal
- Working knowledge of common SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting platforms
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
- STRONG communication/presentation skills
- Must be able to work PST hours (9 am-5 pm)
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate vast expertise in one or more of the following:
- SEO: 1 year (Required)
- Technical SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
- Content Strategy / Link Building
